Impetis has created a pipeline of candidate drugs for selected Therapeutic Areas based on critical targets and pathways that are implicated in the development of pathophysiology in these disease areas. We have selected candidates that show differentiated and superior efficacy, and are backed by solid pre-clinical proof-of-concept data in well-designed studies in relevant disease models and assays. Our nominated clinical candidates have been designed to have an optimal Target Product Profile and can be taken into the clinic for administration in humans within a year.
